The ghost crews rebel cell had taken its beating on Antollon, only escaping because of the sacrifice of the force sensitive being known as the Bendu, as well as the fact that that an officer working under Thrawn had too much ambition, when they arrive at Yavin they think it's only a matter of time before the rebellion is crushed. With the inquisitors, though fewer in number now, Vader, Thrawn, and the loss of one of their bases, not to mention a good portion of the fleet that was stationed there, almost everyone had lost hope. They had no reason to hope. They were outnumbered, outgunned, and even out-thought. Every time they made a plan, the Empire was able to counter the plan or dismiss it, the plan usually causing the Empire no trouble. Even destroying the rare Star Destroyer here and there, while it sounded like a great feat, wasn't much to celebrate considering just how Star Destroyers the Empire had. That is when the symbol of hope for the rebellion came, and when the origin of the "rebellion" crest was revealed. Cover isn't mine, found it off the internet and did some editing to it till it was what I wanted it to be. Finally figured out how to edit stuff.
