Qwen is a loner most of the time but she's her best self when she's with her friends. Ni-Ki is mostly to himself but he only has eyes for one person. Qwen has been dragged out to hang with her friends at a beach house with some familiar faces. A severe thunderstorm is heading their way, and while everyone is stuck in the beach house, Qwen is stuck in the abandoned lifeguard shack... with Ni-Ki This is a short story that is apart of @starrybias short story contest.
