In a world of superheroes contracted by the government, in a Sector where magic is illegal, we follow young Hoshi Sadako. Sadako has dreams of becoming the hero who will protect her crime ridden town. When she gets rejected from the Hero Academy, her dreams seem to be torn to shreds. But on a day of both hope and tragedy, she receives power she never expected to have, and her chance to be a hero returns! Though she'll have to learn that dreaming about being a hero and living it are very different things.
