Lorelai Gilmore had given birth to two girls that night . One Lorelai (Rory) Leigh Gilmore and Lorelai (Laurie) Lizza Gilmore. Laurie was much quieter than her sister, she was more like her father instead of her mother and Rory was copy and paste of their mother . Lorelei never would have known that the same child who didn't resemble her would soon become someone she didn't know anymore .

When Adelaide Dawson was fifteen and saw those two pink lines, she decided she was going to take care of that child on her own. The father was her rebel boyfriend who'd never even taken a class seriously. Hell, he barely even took her seriously. It was that moment that Adelaide decided it was time she grew up. With whatever money she could get her disappointed parents to give her, Adelaide loved on from New York City in hopes of finding a better life for her son. I grew up and live in Germany and therefore I am NOT a native speaker.
