For every teenager going through a rough time. To every person feeling lost. To every believer who needs a miracle. Here's my story. My life didn't exactly go according to plan. I lost everything. I went through my rough patch. I lost myself a little and I definitely needed a miracle. And I got it. It just wasn't quite the one I expected. But sometimes the unexpected is exactly what we need. My name is Esther. And this is my story of how I ended up walking in a different light.

"You're pathetic, believing I'd ever love someone like you. Honestly, have you looked at yourself? It's not a surprise no one wants you. I will never love you." Twenty-Eight words.. That ripped my already broken enough heart to shreds. Everyday we have been together had almost been like a thread, piecing my heart back together. Slowly, I began to feel emotions again. Two years with him.. Thrown out like leftovers on Sunday. Forever engraved in my mind..

This is a story about a girl named Aerith Pérez. Aerith originally lived with her mom, her parents being divorced since she was 3. She moved with her dad when she turned 13. Her dad has a girlfriend, who is now Aertihs step-mom, named Mandy Sidorov, and a step-sister named Annabeth Sidorov. After Aerith moves in with her dad, she doesn't even get to to settle in, as they all move to devour California with no apparent reason or benefit. Aerith now needs to adjust to this new place, and meet even more people.

Not every love story gets a happy ending. Not every princess gets her prince charming. Some princesses grow up battling her own dragons and be the hero of her own story. This is a story of one such lost princess, who becomes stronger and braver by each passing day. Until one day, she meets her king who is keen to stay beside his queen who needs no man to fight her wars. Maybe that is what brings them together, albeit forever is never promised. The two independent souls find home in one another after they've been mismatched for all along. Or will they?

This is honestly going to be short stories to help me get in the flow of writing again. I have missed it. I have not written a story in probably 6+ years, so bare with me through this. If any of the short stories end up being good, maybe I will write a book on it. Good critique is welcomed. By good i mean, not being a jerk and doing it in a spirit and respect for the art. Bad would be, being rude for no reason. If I can improve, or you need more character development, or if I am just not relishing in the characters and story and I need to slow down, let me know!

How common is it for a 16-year-old girl to leave her home? Not so common if you ask me. Anne decides to do it though. She takes the opportunity to leave it all behind and start over. Problematic friendships and heart breaks convince her that this is the right thing to do. There she can live the life she longs for. Or so she thought.
