Set after the 2009 Star Trek movie and before/during Into Darkness* After the defeat of Nero the USS Enterprise have been given a years mission with a new communications officer on board (Uhara is still in the story but dies not have a romantic relationship with Spock). Commander Leila Karen Kirk is Jim's twin sister whom he hasn't seen in 10 years. Leila is a unique human being with the power of mind control and the ability to learn new skills simply by observing once. Taken away from her family at the age of 15 Leila is the youngest cadet ever to join the Starfleet Academy per Captain Pike's request. For 10 years Starfleet had given her a mission to travel to other planets and to learn the culture and language of other alien races. After an unfortunate incident on the USS Banbury Commander Kirk is reassigned to the USS Enterprise where she is reunited with 2 men she thought she'd never see again.

Lorilee Morgan. A household name among the officers of Starfleet in 2478. She was the youngest Captain in Starfleet history at the age of twenty, beating James Kirk by five years; she was one of three survivors of the Borg Collective; and she was the sister of Admiral Darren Morgan, the head of Starfleet. James T Kirk. A household name among the officers of Starfleet in 2258. He was the youngest Captain in Starfleet history at the age of twenty five; a notorious womanizer; and he was the first and only person to beat the Kobayashi Maru (well he cheated but that doesn't really matter.) When Lorilee is sent on a mission to the past she has strict rules that she needs to follow. No interfering with history, no betting on games in the past (Darren insisted on that one), and absolutely no interactions with James T Kirk. But that last one doesn't matter too much because what could two people two hundred and twenty years apart have in common? A Star Trek Story. The Kelvin Timeline(ish)

Space. The final frontier. -- Luna Terratine hated her name. She despised it. Simple as that. To her, it was cliché and so gaudy she could not stand it, especially when people pointed out that she was destined for the greatness and the vastness of the danger we call space - it only made her name all the more hateful. But make no mistake, as Head Doctor of the U.S.S. Farragut, Luna certainly is brilliant. However, she gets reassigned to the Enterprise to tend to multitudes of injured people after John Harrison's deadly genocidal attack. Despite her strong resolute against squeamish scenes like twisted arms and frightful diseases, she has always been emotionally weak and extremely submissive to emotions. And then Khan walks straight into her life. But even if he will never fall into the black hole of sentiment, who says a girl can't? And ruin herself in the process?

When Spock breaks it with Uhura claiming he loves Jim, what will happen? What does Leonard have to say about it? Will Jim be able to continue being Captain of The Enterprise? or will he crumble under pressure and betrayal of old friends? Sucky summary. I promise the story is better than it sounds.
