Eric Stevens aka Erik Killmonger takes advantage of Dooku's desperate attempts at regaining control of the Clone Wars. Dooku accepts Killmonger and Klaue's organization offer to take over Wakanda for the Separatist government. King T'Chaka of Wakanda is giving an address at a summit for the Alliance of Neutral Nations announcing Wakandan support for potential peace talks that could take place between the Republic Senate and the Separatist Parliament. This event is bombed by an experimental battle droid that Killmonger designed using Klaue's stash of Vibranium to earn Dooku's trust. The Bad Batch are ordered to capture Killmonger and prevent him from taking over Wakanda. This is the Bad Batch's biggest mission and greatest test yet. The fate of Wakanda and of the world depends on their ability to help T'Challa avenge his father's death and defeat Killmonger.

A mystery on Mandalore concurs, and Master Kenobi is sent to help the duchess. There, he learns he has a daughter and meets Y/N. Obi-Wan senses that Y/N is strong with the force, but she must choose whether to be the next duchess of Mandalore or start Jedi training with Obi-Wan as her Jedi master. Y/N chooses to become a Jedi in hopes she can better help her people and feel more like she belonged somewhere. She becomes good friends with Ahsoka Tano & Clone ARC trooper, Fives. ~ Fast forward a few years, Order 66 happens. Y/N was able to fake her death and escape. She learns of the inhibiter chips and contacts Rex for help. The Bad Batch is sent to help her... with her newfound family, Y/N discovers she has feelings for a certain member of the Bad Batch. 15 years ago the scientists on Kamino accidentally made a mistake and took the DNA of a woman who wanted a child and added it to the DNA of Jango Fett and put her through the force growth procedure making her look and have the mind of a mature 15-year-old girl. When her mother died she became the first defective female clone of Jango Fett.

A medic travels to Kamino to further her genetic research on the clones. Unexpectedly, she becomes vital to their squad.

(Y/N) is a jedi general in charge of Clone Force 99. After the fall of the Old Republic, the batch saves (Y/N) from order 66 and she goes on the run with them. (Y/N) abandons much of her jedi past, but as things heat up with the new empire, she must decide if she wants to stay out of things for good or get back involved. This occurs before and during the events of The Bad Batch TV series.

In one universe, when Order 66 came through, it's Hunter's inhibitor chip which activates, leaving the Bad Batch floundering with their leader's sudden loss. Omega didn't expect to find her brothers again right when everything fell apart any more than Crosshair expected to ever be anything but the youngest. But somehow, they'll bring their family back together.
