It was late out and I had my mind set on running away. To get out of this hell hole, it started sprinkling so I started running. New York was no place to be at night when you're only 14 and my older brother Dallas made that known, That is when he was around. I was pulled from behind and pinned against a wall hitting my head on the brick the world went dark.

She knows how to get herself out of tough situations, but what happens when one night Cassandra gets into a situation she can't get out of. With 4 Socs surrounding her, there might be no chance at escaping this one... without any help... Will someone come to Cassandras rescue? Could this be the one moment to change her life forever? Sophie Grace Curtis is the older sister of Sodapop and Ponyboy Curtis. Her and Soda favor a lot. Her long blonde hair makes her gorgeous. The whole town talks about her beauty that she sadly doesn't see in herself. Sophie is sadly a dropout because of her parents death, but she makes money at the record store she works at. At the moment Sophie's life seems to be perfect. She has a great boyfriend named Daniel, a good job, a great gang. And of course her best friend Two-Bit. Hence the word best friend. Hi I'm Claire Sun Winston. I am the twin sister of Dallas Winston, which makes me 17. As you all know Winston's are bad so take a hint of what I am like. I'm a troublemaker but the good thing is I'm not as bad as Dally. I don't like drinking or smoking like he does. I also don't go around hooking up with any person I can find in the streets of Tulsa. I just moved back here from New York 5 months ago. Dally left a long time ago but I stayed up there because of my father and mother. My father is a drunk but my mother is a kind hearted lady. She can't get away from my father and I feel bad for her. When I was real little I lived here in Tulsa with my Mom, Dad, and Dallas. Back then my dad wasn't abusive and we were one big happy family. I knew everyone in the gang and we all grew up together. It wasn't until I was 14 and a half when we moved to New York for my dad's new job. His job stressed him out so much that he became an alcoholic and with the alcohol came the abuse. He would beat me and my mother all the time. He never really laid a hand on Dally but he got it a few times. Dallas left first but I stayed for my mother and I finally had enough of it so I ran away too. My mom said that she would be coming to Tulsa soon but she never came. I've tried going back up there to get her but Dally won't let me. So that brings me here sitting down in the Curtis living room eating chocolate cake with my best friend Two-Bit. Character rights to S.E Hinton

Johnny Cade is so beautiful, and sweet, and shy, he can even blush when hes nervous. He might be soft but he is strong and brave he has fought alot to be where he is, and needs the proper guidance through life. He's been hurt many times and tends to depend on his friends for safety but he is independent when he needs to be. His mother and father ignore and him beat the hell outta him for so long. Sometimes Johnny sleeps in the lot to not be inbetween their fights. He has a bruised cut cheek on his right side due to Bob using his sharp rings to cut him that one night, and socs beat him up aswell. Johnny goes through a lot but still deserves to be loved and cared for. Experience reading all the notes that Johnny wrote through his life from being 14, till the day he's gone. All the notes that he wrote at night in newspapers, library books and loose pieces of paper. !!(TW: Abuse, Suicide Thoughts, Violence, Smoking)!!
