From the outside looking in I look like an every day happy-go-lucky girl but that's not the girl from another life deep dark secrets and a secret life of which not you would see from putting me on a pedestal and making me reveal my secrets. Some little writings about mental health, I use mine as a reference. I feel like mental health is such a huge issue and nobody ever feels comfortable talking about it, because either they feel like it's putting a burden on the person listening or the person listening doesn't know how to react to it. At some point, how you feel mentally has to be talked about. I don't know if you'll relate to what I post or what I write, but it's also how I feel and struggle with on a daily basis. If you ever wanna give some feedback and let me know if its relatable, definitely feel free to do so.

This is just a few poems that I have written, thoughts that I have had and still do and when in feel like I'm ready to share some bad things that have happened to me then I will. The main purpose of this is. to let people know that they are not alone. I have always kept things bottled up and so this is away of letting everything out.

Sometimes love comes unexpected. It's something that is heart wrenching and slowly tears away. I hate love, I hate how it pulls you under and you don't even realize it until it's too late. Before I felt like I needed love, that it would make my world happy, make it go round. And for a time, it did. I was desperate, lonely, aching for it, without thinking about what would happen after. A letter I wrote to Demi Lovato about how much she helped me through my tough days. How she helped me to Stay Strong and keep Staying Strong. The letter is about how Demi Lovato has helped me go through self-esteem issues, bullying and overcome my fear. I'm posting this on here because I think that it would be able to help some people get through some tough shit in their life.

This story is about my mental health and what I've been through growing up as a child. From dealing with domestic violence and abuse. This might be too much too handle so be careful when reading this story.

You are a 16 year old girl living with 7 older brothers that hate you. You never really knew why they just one day started to hate you.When ever you yell, slam something, talk back, bring friends home, they'll beat you up or destroy everything you own and have you clean it up. You never lose hope that they will love one day. Hope that all you need hope. Or they'll completely break you and change your innocent to a rebel.

This is just a little peek in my mind. I hope that what I put in here is able to make an impact.

I wrote this based upon experiences with depression. This depicts a girl struggling with depression, wishing so badly to find her way out, but there is seemingly no end. Still she holds on. (I know the title is quite unoriginal, but I really couldn't think of a more unique title. 😜)

This story is about my current battle with anger that controls me!!! Credit is due to my best friend who helped me edited and the title!! Without her my mind would be winning the battle. I hope in some way this will help y'all. EnJoy!!!
