I figured there are loads of books floating on Wattpad about rants (and I think they're very very important for health), but not many on gratitude for having what you have. I decided to make another mental health journal since my last one made it to 100 parts and I decided I really enjoy doing these. It helps me with my depression and since I don't go to counseling anymore I'll do this to improve my mental health and try to be more positive with myself. I still get moments where I want to cut or want to kill myself but I have to stay strong and not let those negative thoughts take over. I have to try to stay positive.

These are all real stories. I may change some names, but that's it. I deal with depression and to handle it, I have decided to write positive things that have happened during the day. I won't focus on negatives because when I'm having a bad day, I want something to cheer me up. I hope that anyone that reads this thinks about the good of the day instead of the bad.
