I've come to notice that this is barely talked about. Most people don't even know this exists, yet half the population experiences it at least once in their life time. It's crazy right? I want to change that. I want to bring awareness to this. It can be scary to tell people you feel this way in fear of sounding crazy because it sounds so strange and out there. I don't want people to be afraid like I am. I don't want pity, I just want to help. I'll even encourage you to leave a comment or write your own story about your experiences if it helps you vent. It's different for everyone, maybe you want to show a different side of it. With that being said.. This is what it's like to have an episode

"survive" is a story about a girl that had to grow up with a sickness that controls her life ever since she was born. The story is very emotional and it's based on things that really happened.

In 2020 amid the COVID-19 quarantine, I started writing poetry again. These are the chances I took to connect with others through simple gatherings of words even if we couldn't gather in public. [March 14 - PRESENT]

My poems have deep meaning in all of them I enjoy writing poetry in my free time I been told by many people that my poetry has been very deep and dark I put all my feelings and emotions into them and I absolutely love them.

This is my collection of poems that I have written when I feel like I can't go anymore. I wrote these during a time where my brain was so jumbled that the only thing I could do was write. This is for those who feel alone.

"NO PLEASE STOP!" I screamed as i got backhanded in the face over and over again. "Shut up, the neighbors will hear you!" She yelled in my face as he hit me one more time, extra hard. "Please," I said in no more than a whisper. "Okay I guess we're done for today," she said with one more sock in the face. She unbuckled me from my chair and stalked up the stairs with the same neutral face she always has. I just stare at her slender back as my face starts to burn with tears. And then i wonder the same thing i have every night for the past ten years... Why does my aunt love to beat me?
