Jason hasn't spoken to his family in months, it takes a near death situation for him to realise that he should reconnect with them, especially his older brother. ~ This short story was originally posted on Tumblr on @couldbeyouraphrodite's account. I only own the plot, characters and fictional places are owned by DC. ~ I wrote this short story within one week, or more specifically, the last week of July 2021. A girl from a universe of gates and dungeons, ends up as a regular civilian in Gotham. Due to her Awakening class: Magical girl she's been fighting in dungeons and gates her whole life; one day she ends up in a parallel universe and her counterpart is.. Infamous. Unfortunately a lot of familiar faces pop up. For everyone's peace: she stays away, purposefully lives like a spoiled brat, and strives from capitalism. With heroes taking over her tasks, she can be fully retire. Too bad the 'Waynes' notice her. (Magical Girl OC X Batfamily platonic; This was originally a reader x batfamily fanfiction but I changed it to OC bc :') The character is meant to be a parallel to Bruce and that just isn't 'reader'. This is very self indulgent and honestly might be cross platformed, it's angsty lol. There are A LOT of ocs, you don't have to memorize them, they're based on JL and other heroes so you can kinda get a general guess of who they are. Idk abt romance yet if you want one of the batboys lmk! Or heroes in general :) )

Will is on his way to Gotham for the soul purpose of getting Nico a birthday present. He never expected to make a friend who called him 'Blondie' even though she was blonde herself, it made no sense. Steph had no idea meeting a boy in an alley would bring her so many revelations.

Usually Batman wouldn't be too concerned, he hadn't been... up until they had found video of when the last note dropped. The spy was a teen aged girl. Or at least someone who had the appearance of a teenage girl, it was difficult to tell over the grainy black and white security footage, Batman thought to himself, can't be too careful. Still he was sure that if there was even a chance of her being a teen they would have to approach her. It would not be safe for her to continue this path, especially alone. Batman meets Stephanie for the first time to try to talk her out of vigilante work and ends up almost falling off a roof three times in less than an hour. Also Stephanie talks everyone's ears off and breaks her Dad's stuff.

He never thought he'd loose something he never imagined he'd have and get so attached in the process. He wish he knew why the universe would never let him have both, especially when Bruce could. Hell kids seemed to be lining up at Bruce's door and they weren't even his. So why couldn't Dick keep the ones that were. ... Or the one where Dick Grayson is a father like he used to dream he'd be but the universe won't let him be a parent. (Cross-posted on AO3)
