A'nae Johnson lived with her mother in Brooklyn. She had the perfect life. It was always just them and she stopped wondering who her father was when she turned ten. A'nae is now thirteen and her mother, Arianna, takes her out in the middle of the night. She drops A'nae off in front of a strange house. She tells her that she is leaving to go to Vegas and A'nae has to live with her father. She gives her some bags and pulls off leaving A'nae looking dumbfounded. A'nae and her father knew nothing about the others existence and her father has his own wife and kids. Follow A'nae on her journey through meeting the part of her family she never knew about.
