Steve and Nancy have known each other for years, they used to date (As everyone knows) but they broke up when Nancy fell for Jonathan Byers. But what happens after jonathan and Nancy break up? With Jonathan in California and Nancy in Hawkins, it was getting hard so they decided to break up. then Nancy is taken into a trance by Vecna and the only person who can save her, is steve. (WARNING- I WROTE THIS A WHILE AGO AND IDK WTF I WAS DOING SO THE WRITING IS PROBABLY REALLY BAD, AND THE BOOK IS PROBABLY CRINGY. IDK WHY PEOPLE STILL READ IT. This book takes place Just after season 4 volume one ends... *SPOILERS AHEAD* so right after nancy got stuck in the upside down, being in a trance caused by Vecna.. I would highly recomend watching season 4 volume one before reading it because it will have some major spoilers most likely.
