Well, I write some stranger things's one shots on Tumblr and I decided to post some here too.

An OC insert fic Lori Wilson, High school junior and local nobody who gets dragged into a series of unfortunate events just from being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now stuck in a cycle of endless fights against dimensional monsters and government scientists, she finds herself making friends in the unlikeliest of people and losing others she always thought she would have. Disclaimer: I honestly have always been an x reader girl and if that's you just know this story very much reads like one. And for reassurance I did my best to keep a genuine feel to the story. Didn't let her be too important or too perfect. To me Lori could have easily been a small character who became more involved in the story as the show progressed.

Armed with nothing but a GED and a small sum of inheritance money, you move to Hawkins, Indiana in March 1985 for a fresh start. It is not your first choice in new places to live-not by a long shot.
