I just had an idea, "What if Pink Steven wasn't Steven? What if Steven actually did have a sister that was his gem half, and he was the human half?" Anyways, this is after future. Steven happens to be close to Beach City, and decides to make a surprise visit, but he stops the Dondi along the way so he can sleep a bit before finishing the drive. This leads to him thinking about when he first met his gem half and goes from there.

Lapis and Peridot have headed over to the temple to visit the other Crystal Gems, but when they are about to warp back to the barn, a severe thunderstorm struck making it dangerous to walk outside, so they decided to stick around a little while and all just play some good old fashioned video games. All had gone pretty well until someone had brought up something that did not sit right with Lapis. This story is a Lapidot, Pearlmethyst, Conniverse and Rupphire fanfic. If you disapprove of any of the ships named, I respect your opinion, but I wouldn't recommend you reading this. None of the characters are mine. Steven, a gigantic hearted chubby child as we all know at least. One night when Connies over and is fast asleep goes onto the warp pad malfunctioning taking him to the future now meeting his late teen version-self and begins to have feelings for his childhood best friend, Connie. Earlier in the story Steven is still his childish self, then it begins to happen.

three mouths after leaving beach city, steven trys his best to have a new life but one day he is bitten by a mysterious snake and it's venom begens to corrupt his heart and drive him mad, what happens if he is unable to fight it, what happens when the true monster in steven comes out, and can the love of a certain ocean gem save him from his dark path?

It's Mother's Day, and Steven finds himself missing his mother more than usual.
