"I'm moving..." Lapis said, trying to hold back from spilling her tears out. "Wait, what?" Peridot asked, the the blood rushing from her face. "I-I'm leaving, ok!" Lapis whimpered. "W-why?!" Peridot said letting her tears flow from her bright emerald eyes. Lapis also start crying and hugged her friend. "Take this" Peridot said taking of her necklace and handing it to Lapis. "Thanks, and Peridot?" Lapis said grabbing the necklace. Peridot hummed in response. "Promise when I come back, we'll love each other, more than friends" Lapis said giving Peridot a kiss on the cheek. "I promise..."

Connie was out of college, working as a barista while she looks for better jobs. Steven had his life together, settled down in the country for a few years now, everything was great. They had date night every second Friday, constant calls and texts, they had love. While they live out their lives together the gems are stuck, the occasional scrap with a corrupt gem that was hiding out, but other than that there wasn't much to do, they all have human friends and live without Steven, warriors without anything to fight, but are surprised by a knock on the door one day from the saviour of the galaxy himself, the start of a new chapter of in the storied life of Steven Universe.

Steven has been talking with his therapist for a while about coping mechanisms and he stumbled across age regression. He looked more into it and discovered millions of results and people who actually do age regression, he discusses this with his therapist and he decided to give it a shot. But, he's keeping it away from the gems because he's scared of them reacting in a bad way. Some parts will be super fluffy and others will be oneshots!
