Purple Sapphire is different, instead of seeing the future, she can make one. After an outburst of rage, Purple Sapphire give Pink Diamond a fate of shattering, and she is wanted on Homeworld. Purple Diamond leaves homeworld and goes to a planet called Earth. Since the Crystal Gems don't want her, she goes with the Shimmers... who are a a pack of gems.

During her time spent on the beach, she meets this boy, Steven Universe, and he seems to be one of the sweetest people she's ever met. Due to the help from Steven, she's slowly starting to feel comfortable with her surroundings, as well as herself. She realizes that, over time, she started developing feelings for him, and she doesn't know how to handle it. She really cares about him but knows he already has feelings for his best friend, Connie. She doesn't want to ruin his relationship with her, but she doesn't want to keep these feelings forever, either. Sometimes, though, it's best to take a risk rather than to stay in the dark forever. !!! this story may possibly contain slight mentions of self-harm and suicide !!!

A/N- Hey so this is my first story I hope you guys like it I'm such a huge fan of steven universe and every single jasper fanfic I read that's actually good never finishes, so I wanted to write one that has long chapters, and that you guys would actually like if you have any ideas feel free to voice them. This book is of my self insert emerald/human oc, but you get to be in her place! After you wake up, you get to rediscover life with Steven, and figure out your past. Rather your mothers past. And you couldn't help but fall for the boy who saved you in the process. I tried my best to make this book feel like watching a movie, and really push the moods I was trying to capture. Chapters are like episodes, with titles the show would have. Everything coming together in a movie of your life with Steven. im extremely proud of this book and I'd love it if you did too! I do not own the characters or the plots of some chapters. The book follows its own timeline during the last 4 episodes of Steven universe future and the last few months steven has before leaving beach city.
