Riley-Elizabeth Emrey Carter is the daughter of Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter. She was born in 22nd November 1945 just after Steve was declared dead. Riley-Elizabeth usually goes by Elizabeth as Riley was not a very common name.

As terrible as my life seemed five years passed and I began to realize something. I could look at any random person and they had lost just as much if not more than I had. Not a single family came out of the decimation unscathed, and if by some miracle one did then they lost friends, and if they didn't lose friends they lost something else.
