As terrible as my life seemed five years passed and I began to realize something. I could look at any random person and they had lost just as much if not more than I had. Not a single family came out of the decimation unscathed, and if by some miracle one did then they lost friends, and if they didn't lose friends they lost something else. However the difference between them and me is I had the resources, the name, and the people to help me make a difference because I was broken, but there was someone else barely holding on that needed help. There were people that were worse off than me, that carried lives that we're just as significant as mine and Peters that needed avenging.

She was falsely accused of homicide, and sentenced to 9 months in JDC with a $5,000 dollar bail fee.

River Jane Bishop (Rogers) was accused of homicide at the age of 10 years old. However, she struggles with Severe Emotional issues, which means she can't control her actions sometimes. When the event occurred she was in Foster care because her issues were getting out of control. Her foster family ran a in home daycare, and that's when the event occurred.
