MAJOR VOLUME 2 SPOILERS!! Shortly after the Upside Down leaks into Hawkins, the group decides to go back down there to collect data while the creatures and Vecna are destroyed. When in the alternate world, Dustin and Steve go back to Eddie's trailer. Dustin goes to see Eddie one last time before burying him. When he makes his way over there, the body is gone, and so is Steve. Trigger Warning - Substances, sensitive topics, (heavy) gore, and infinite sadness.

Steve loves his job, more than anything really. Seeing smiles upon the kids faces as they learn and the proud look of achievement when the get a good work stamp and their paper. He loves it. The only thing he isn't the biggest fan of is the lonliness, as many of the other teachers aren't bothered to talk to him. But that changes when the new music teacher Mr Munson starts and shows him how to not be so lonely.

Steve has been hearing these sounds in his house, he tries to ignore them until his curiosity took over.

When Jason Carver sees Steve and Eddie together he decides to confront Steve, which leads to Steve getting jumped by his basketball buddies. When Eddie finds out he rushes over to Steve's house only to find him wearing his band t-shirt. Basically, Steve gets beat up and Eddie loses his mind over Steve in his shirt.

Eddie hated him at first, he seemed like every other annoying popular rich guy, then he met him and things.....things changed.

Eddie slowly coming to terms with his crush on Steve whilst Steve comes to terms with his own sexuality is a recipe for disaster and heartbreak. Steve's upbringing throws a wrench in his plans for romance. Meanwhile Robin slowly tries to win over Nancy. Eddie survives the bat attack and now the fruity 4 can truly become the fruitest 4 around. Tw for; homophobia, internalised homophobia, scars/injuries and nightmares.

Eddie's back but the town never forgot, even after the earthquakes. After being presumed dead, Eddie "Hawkins Freak" Munson turned himself in for the murders of Chrissy Cunningham, Fred Benson, and Patrick McKinney. The town cheered and cried when they put him in cuffs, knowing justice had been served. But the metalhead was smirking, knowing he wasn't going to be in there for long. Standing to the side of the crowd was Chief of Police, Jim Hopper, and his daughter, determined to get him out.

Steve and Eddie grow old together, and steve looks back and remembers thei past

Spoiler alert- they aren't. This takes place after Vecna is killed, Eddies name is cleared, Max is alive and the upside down is demolished. The whole 'gang' lives in Hawkins. Eddie is having a hard time after his time in the upside down. The whole town blames him for the murders, he's on the verge of being thrown out of his trailer. He can't forget what happened and blames himself for the events. But, oddly Steve seems to provide him the most comfort. They hang out alot, talking and laughing, listening to music and seeing movies. But it's completely platonic! Right?

Steve's jelousy over Dustin's new friend doesn't turn out how he expected. When he ends up stuck with the new guy, Eddie Munson, they wind up having a pretty good friendship. Not knowing how, Steve grows to like the new guy and is confused as to why he sees this as something more than friendship. Eddie's new favorite in the Hellfire Club, Dustin Henderson, leads him through a world he has never seen, after he was accussed of murder. The world he now has to live in has been lite up by the most popular guy he knew, Steve Harrington. He has always thought Steve was interesting but ddin't realize how cool he was till now.
