MAJOR VOLUME 2 SPOILERS!! Shortly after the Upside Down leaks into Hawkins, the group decides to go back down there to collect data while the creatures and Vecna are destroyed. When in the alternate world, Dustin and Steve go back to Eddie's trailer. Dustin goes to see Eddie one last time before burying him. When he makes his way over there, the body is gone, and so is Steve. Trigger Warning - Substances, sensitive topics, (heavy) gore, and infinite sadness.

Steve has been hearing these sounds in his house, he tries to ignore them until his curiosity took over.

Steve loves his job, more than anything really. Seeing smiles upon the kids faces as they learn and the proud look of achievement when the get a good work stamp and their paper. He loves it. The only thing he isn't the biggest fan of is the lonliness, as many of the other teachers aren't bothered to talk to him. But that changes when the new music teacher Mr Munson starts and shows him how to not be so lonely.

"You find me cute Harrington?" Eddie questioned a deep blush spreading on his face. "Yea, your quite adorable Munson." Steve replied, a soft pink dusted his cheeks. He grabbed the shorter boys hand and placed a sweet kiss on it getting up from where both of them were sitting and left after giving him a wink.

Written in Eddie's POV (because there aren't enough fics written in his POV) Excerpt: As they hung out more, Eddie found himself wanting to be closer to Steve, more than just friends. His feelings started small, stealing little glances of him while he wasn't looking, but then it grew. Eddie would feel his stomach do flips even at the lightest touch. He'd turn a bright shade of red even when Steve would call him nicknames that he's heard millions of times before. When he realized what he felt, he thought about telling Steve, hoping he'd feel the same. Eddie quickly realized how impossible that was, seeing that Steve is straight and even if he wasn't, there's no way he'd feel the same about Eddie. We're just friends, that's all, Eddie had to remind himself whenever they were together. Just friends, nothing more. This is my first fic, so sorry if it isn't perfect. Eddie Munson is the known as the freak of Hawkins High. For many reasons, but the main one is that he is openly gay. Eddie never told anyone on purpose, but he got really high at a party one day and let it slip to one of the jocks. Even though he became a pariah at school, a certain golden boy can't keep Eddie out of his head. Steve can't help but want to be near Eddie. Which is why he asks Eddie if he can join Hellfire. (If you don't like bxb content then this definitely isn't for you) *on hiatus*
