MAJOR VOLUME 2 SPOILERS!! Shortly after the Upside Down leaks into Hawkins, the group decides to go back down there to collect data while the creatures and Vecna are destroyed. When in the alternate world, Dustin and Steve go back to Eddie's trailer. Dustin goes to see Eddie one last time before burying him. When he makes his way over there, the body is gone, and so is Steve. Trigger Warning - Substances, sensitive topics, (heavy) gore, and infinite sadness.

Steve has been hearing these sounds in his house, he tries to ignore them until his curiosity took over.

Steve loves his job, more than anything really. Seeing smiles upon the kids faces as they learn and the proud look of achievement when the get a good work stamp and their paper. He loves it. The only thing he isn't the biggest fan of is the lonliness, as many of the other teachers aren't bothered to talk to him. But that changes when the new music teacher Mr Munson starts and shows him how to not be so lonely.

Maybe Steve Harrington has a lot more to learn about himself. Steve seems to have a great grasp on who he is as a person, at least he did till Eddie Munson walked into his life. Eddie left Hawkins in 1986 with no reason to ever return. But now, a few years have passed and life has changed. Eddie finally returns home and has to deal with everything he left behind, including Steve Harrington. This story starts in May 1991.

Eddie gets rescued and him and Steve fall in love. It's my first fanfic so I hope you enjoy it. I tried to make it so everything makes sense cause that's what I kind of miss in other fanfics. It builds up slowly but there will Smit and fluff so just be patient as you read it. It has some heavy scenes but I try not to do to much of those so the story isn't to hard to read. I release a chapter everyday until the story is finished in my eyes. So I hope you enjoy this Steddie story!!!

Eddie plays it off, and after a short period of time, Max has memories of her trauma because of Vecna and the group(Erica,Max,Steve,Eddie,Lucas,Mike,Will & Nancy & Robin and Eleven) decide to try and defeat Vecna. Only for Steve to pass away. As tears fell from Eddie's face, "Don't leave me. Wake up! Please!" C'mon on! Please, be messing around!" He screamed and laid his head on Steve's chest, crying. He wasn't coming back. Steve's last words were "I love you, Eddie." "I love u too, Steve." Eddie replied, Steve's eyes closing shut. And never opening again.

In which Eddie catches feelings for Steve, who turns out not to be all that bad, and Steve catches feelings for Eddie, who is a lot different than he thought. Steve has a bisexual panic. Fluff ensues. Background RobinxNancy.

Spoiler alert- they aren't. This takes place after Vecna is killed, Eddies name is cleared, Max is alive and the upside down is demolished. The whole 'gang' lives in Hawkins. Eddie is having a hard time after his time in the upside down. The whole town blames him for the murders, he's on the verge of being thrown out of his trailer. He can't forget what happened and blames himself for the events. But, oddly Steve seems to provide him the most comfort. They hang out alot, talking and laughing, listening to music and seeing movies. But it's completely platonic! Right?

It's been a long while after the death of Edward Munson, most of the people either ignored the fact, or just agreed with the idea of him being gone. For some reason, most of the people that Eddie has been "friends" with began seeing strange almost paranormal activities happening all around Hawkins, even if they thought that it was the end of their adventures. This is my first fic that I've written in a long while, hope ya enjoy! ^^ (p.s English ain't my main language lol)

Steve Harrington finds himself accompanying Robin to the 10 year, 86' Class Reunion where he plans on finally professing his love to the now nearly 30 year old metalhead we know as Eddie Munson.
