--this is in an AU (alternate universe) and takes place at the movie's ending and is not related to steven universe future-- It's been two years since Spinel left Earth, and things have gotten worse. Spinel's stand'in on Pink's throne has angered some gems, and they have begun to harass her. Steven has been having to deal with a murder case in New Homeworld as well as Connie breaking up with him, which drove him into a depressive state.. The future isn't so perfect after all. Spinel soon gets tired of everything and flees to Earth. With a group of gems coming to shatter her and with Steven being the only one she can trust, all hope seems to be lost.. ..But is it? --- this is my first time writing a steven universe fanfic, so dont kill me for any continuity errors! ÓvÒ' also.. there's spoilers for the movie so you should watch it first.

Edit: I am not gonna work on this, however I am making an AU with a similar storyline! Edit: Since I am sick, I can't update this for some time. I will on weekends, however. Steven Universe is an ordinary person, just an average college student along with his best friends. However, in town, things are happening. A murder occurs and some people are going missing. A lot of people are scared to death. Including Steven. He just can't shake the fact that somebody is watching him, even when he is alone. He starts finding shortcuts to get to his apartment faster. All of the time, he feels like somebody is watching him. And that feeling is getting stronger by the day.

Spinel was a surprise. A new and utmost dangerous surprise. She posed a danger to not just Beach City, but to Earth itself. In the end, Steven was able to defeat her, but what if something happened to him. Something that was never meant to happen. What would the Gems do and more importantly, how would Spinel cope with what she's wrought upon the Son of Pink Diamond? Find out. Description was done by KingMythLord

Steven didn't know how it happened but now here he was, in a locked bedroom, with no way out. Steven knew that the city was torn between two sides, Crystal Gems versus the Diamonds. So since he thought he lived and worked on neutral territory, he never thought he'd be taken from his friends and family, and now be in the possession of the Diamonds.

Steven and Connie had a talk and they ended up breaking up. Soon he starts hanging out with his good friend Spinel, to only find out that he is catching feelings for her but he was to scared to confess because he didnt know if she liked him back, little did he know she did.... so this is a story where basically spinel was abandoned in the garden and pink comes back but as rose and spinel doesnt know that shes pink things get pretty complicated well just read and you'll see she'll become a crystal gem as the story goes on once the baby that rose had was born spinel was happy but sad at the same time she didnt visit steven as a baby that much because she still didnt know rose was pink but got close to her after pink was "shaterred" and missed once steven was well 14 spinel started developing feelings for him and so did steven and thats all i can say now stay put and enjoy
