Until Tails decided to go on vacation with his girlfriend, Sticks. Now the only person who knew how to care for Sonic properly was Amy. She took good care of him... Until things got a little awkward.

The first season

Sonic's life has been nothing but perfect ever since he persuaded Knuckles that Eggman was tricking him. He met a bunch of friends, made a bunch of enemies, but those bunch of friends helped defeat the bunch of enemies. Meanwhile, Sonic's old family had presumed the hedgehog to be dead after Chuck died. After Jules announced that they were going on a vacation to an island, they figured out that the island they were having a vacation on was the home of their presumed dead brother. They were the last people Sonic wanted to be nearby. Although meeting him again and being excited that he was alive, Sonic ignored their pleas to forgive them and told them to stay away from him. He didn't mind the fact that his friends Knuckles, Tails, and Amy liked his siblings; he can't control them, after all. Will Sonic ever forgive his family, or will he never forgive them? Find out in the sequel of Sonic's Life, Blast From My Past.

A young disaster of a child named Sir Silverboots The Hedgehog, though we'll just call him Silver, who is friends with the Princess of Flames, Blaze, and is heavily frowned upon in their kingdom, one day accidentally receives a sorcerer license after claiming he Was the hero who saved the universe with his magic a long time ago. Glorified for his lies, he realized what he had done wrong, but instead of telling the truth to the villagers, he decided to use his power to save more people to maintain his status because for once he was given praise and not being made fun of. So he decided to make them appreciate him more by deepening the burden of a lie he's accepted to carry, and one day puts his entire kingdom in danger. (This is going to be improved and continued along the way! So I'll be adding new chapters soon! I'll also be adding pictures soon as well)

This is stupid...

Ocha the Fruit Bat is Amy Rose's (slightly exhausted but upbeat) unpaid intern. Usually, Ocha is stuck doing pretty bland work, reorganizing files and beating up aimless leftover robots from Eggman's schemes. But when they're sent to the Sol Dimension for robot cleanup duty, they're pulled into an adventure far above their paygrade. (Which is nothing.) ...I just felt like writing self-indulgent fanfiction about my Sonic character. It basically takes place in the IDW timeline, the only things that are different are basically that the Sonic characters kind of age, so they're mostly young adults/late teens who do superhero stuff at a fully career level. I also simplified the Sol Dimension lore a lot because I was laying in bed at like 1:00am thinking way too hard about it and how the lore's not my favorite, even though I adore the Sol Dimension and Blaze and Silver and all of that. And then it was like "Since I've been overthinking this so hard, may as well fling my self insert into it." So, uh. There you go.

"You're supposed to be my friend," he'd told Tom. "Stop trying to be my dad." So why, Sonic wondered, did the thought keep coming back to haunt him? Was it because of all the subtle "parental" quirks that Tom (AND Maddie) kept showing? Like wanting to hug him goodbye before their trip? Or contacting him every few hours to check on him? He wasn't entirely sure about this strange battle that was raging back and forth in his head. At least, not until he found himself sitting on a beach encouraging the very echidna who had tried to kill him numerous times in the last few days. Encouraging him with the same words he'd heard from Tom. Those thoughts come back with a solid vengeance when he finds himself facing an early death with those two "best friends" huddled by his side, holding his hands, unable to save him but ensuring that he wouldn't die alone.
