This is a story about a 12 year old girl who has lived as an orphan since she was 6. Supposedly her parents died in a "accidental" car crash. She goes through twists and turns as she grows up to investigate and to hopefully eventually find what really happend to her parents.

The story of royal twins in medieval Europe. With mother gone (again) the twins had nothing to do. Naturally their slave/best (only) friend was also with them. For them the best solution is to go above the castle walls, beyond their empire. Not the safest or smartest plan but, nothing was waiting for them to return here. Mother was almost never home and often didn't return for their birthdays because it's not like she remembered them. Father had left when they were one and they had been taught to fear the assassin. The only people they had were each other. So they left. They had to. They couldn't not leave. So basically the story of royal twins and their slave in medieval Europe.
