Disclaimer: The first parts of this story are not up to par with my later writing and are a little "rough". The reason I have decided against editing them is quite simple, it is a reminder of where I began. So feel free to cringe at those parts, and I hope you enjoy the latter ones. After a failed mission Lydia gets poisoned. With time running out, the crew sets off to find a cure, but will they be in time to save Lydia? Meanwhile, the poison brings back old memories from Lydia as a little girl, her parents and grandparents. Will the Herons find out more about her past? And who did this to Lydia? Could it be someone they know, or is it someone the Herons have never met before? I do not own the Brotherband characters. My own characters and the storyline do belong to me.

Book 1 Brotherband chronicles fanfic In Skandia, there is only one way to become a warrior. Boys are chosen for teams called brotherbands and must endure three months of gruelling training in seamanship, weapons and battle tactics. It's brotherband against brotherband, fighting it out in a series of challenges. Only one brotherband can win. In the mix is a young girl who fights the traditional views of her people to become a warrior and valued member of her teenage society. I don't own anything but my own OCs and some dialogue. What if hal had a sister? What if said sister was inventive like hal? What if the sister wants to be a fighter like her dad? Read and follow as the new main character lives I life that no Scandian woman has before.

Squigley is a very hated man, and his life is full of petty crimes where the only things he cares about are his chick flicks and videogames. On the completely opposite side of the spectrum, you have Gwen, a police officer trying to solve the drug and murder case that Squigley is a suspect for. Gwen and her wife Claire are working on the case with a little help to someone someone close to Squigley, his brother Stig. Note: I co-wrote this with my friend. I was surprised about how quickly we put together the idea for this short story just by using a random name generator and a plot twist generator. Personally, the characters in this story were some of my favorites and Stig was the character I adored writing for the most! He was also the most unique character I have ever written.
