Esther turned Stiles with the others. After he is turned he teleports back to his turn and turns Allison and Derek. When Esther and Mikael find out he is gay they don't care.

Stiles has a secret. He is the husband of Kol and Klaus Mikaelson and his name is Gemini Mikaelson. He has been the together with Kol since they were turned.
