She called him Mitch after Stiles revealed his real name and that he called himself Mischief. 6 years later he changes his name to Mitch Rapp. 1 year after now 24 he asks Katrina to marry him. (This is where the start of American Assassin begins.) But the difference is he get an assignment in Beacon Hills to kill. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . But with it being 7 years since seeing or talking to everyone also with the fact he's not the same person as he once was, and he even changed his name.
