"dropped your ball," he said with a smirk, "volleyball player huh? cute" i smiled back. i mean he was worth my time..as far as i knew. he was cute so why not flirt back? "volleyball isn't cute. maybe if you came to a game of mine you would know." i said back flashing a flirtatious smile. "challenge accepted see you there darling. my name is Casper by the way...and yours is..beautiful?" i blushed. he was such a flirt..probably a douchebag too. "hannah." i said turning to walk causally away after giving him a quick wink. maybe i would like it here after all

Not sure quite how to explain it... It's in Journal Format. I know some people don't love that, but I was just trying it out. Basically, she works at a library, he starts working there, and what starts as shameless flirting, (using pickup lines) develops into a little bit more. Still in an editing process!!! P.S. In a world where there are constant attacks on towns all over the land, children start training to become warriors at a young age. Most warriors are on their town's defense team, being called to duty whenever there are attacks. However, some warriors go out and actually plan attacks on other towns. In this world, you either fight back or it's the end for you. But why, you may be wondering? Because, according to those who lead the world, the Almighty, that's the only way for a world to be. But what happens when every town finally can agree on something: to overthrow the Almighty?

On a person's sixteenth birthday, a mark appears somewhere on their body. There is only one other person on earth with that exact mark, and the person with that mark is your soulmate. This story is about Maisel, who recalls not only other people's soulmate marks but also waits for her own. However, when the time has come, a burning sensation shoots across her whole body, and Maisel wakes up to find herself without a single mark. But a legacy to fulfill. *ON PAUSE*

This story is written in the perspective of our main character Ember, who tell the story and explains that she is a mutant, meaning she has an odd abilities like telekinesis that she shares with her twin brother Milo. She goes on to explain how she and her brother grew up hiding their ability to not get killed and joining the military to hide the fact that they were mutants, joining the military branch that specifically hunts down their kind. She explains how she and her brother changed this point of view and changed the world's perspective about mutants and people like her. (I'm still editing so the story will be changing a bit from time to time)
