I chose honor even when the cost was everything.

Crawling through fog with gravity pressed into my spine. They called it stillness. I called it survival. For anyone who's ever had to prove they were in pain just to be allowed to rest. 🪦

There's a lot to be said from taking time out, disconnecting from screens, phones, and the internet and marvelling and relaxing in nature :)

Damn, aren't we complicated ? Feelings and stuff ? It all seems easy from afar and we're the best teachers whenever someone comes to ask for our help. But apparently, we can't do what we usually preach. It's all about that inner fight.

In a misty bog, archaeologists uncover a preserved ancient corpse pierced by an arrow. As night falls, the water begins to stir, and the dead man slowly returns to reclaim what was disturbed.

In a hollow within the mountain, rows of ancient bodies lie in wooden cradles-neither rotting nor at peace. They wait in eerie stillness, their hollow eyes fixed on the dark, as if their deaths were only a pause before something yet to come.

A moth wakes inside a quiet room and must decide which light to obey. Between a lamp that asks to be loved and a window that refuses to bend, instinct becomes choice. A short, lyrical meditation on nature, houses, and the exact cold of glass.

This book consists of the bulk of my poems, with themes ranging from loss, depression and heartbreak to realizations, self discovery and gratitude.

I'm writing this poem with the feelings that I had while practically doing nothing the last few days just because it felt really good doing nothing without a care in the world. Yk like the strange feeling of satisfaction that comes with just passing the time doing nothing else but just enjoying the stillness, I'm sure you all get it... well, I hope that atleast some people can relate to this. 🤧
