Mya sits on the floor, fingers mashed in ears. Her eyes are scrunched underneath her slick black curls and her brown cheeks swell with air. "Jenna? Call me back." Mya's meeping. Again. ---- A bite sized 500 word original flash fiction about living with and caring for an autistic sibling, with themes of acceptance, family and life on the spectrum running through. All of these stories are my original work and should not be re-used without my consent. If you want to edit them for your own variations, contact me first. prologue: June 15 2021 last chapter: W.I.P Description! You were just a child who grew up to fast and wanted to experience what it would be like once again, but that's impossible. At least you still got your Wii with your first game on it, Super Paper Mario. ( This will be inspired by my own life in some ways, so there will be things like stimming/stims, neglect, certaint types of copping, & social issues. If you don't relate to these then that's okay, you're not forced to read this ,:] ) The playlist I listen to when writing this story! ( Sets the mood for me, lmao ) - Inferiority Complex Playlist (by fxrvy on Youtube) - Gifted Child Burnout Playlist (by y4ku on Youtube)

As a young man with autism (and the sibling of three boys with it too), I realized a lot of teenagers and young adults on the spectrum don't really get the help they need, usually because they are able to somewhat function in a normal society. And after a quick search on Wattpad trying to find a book on it, I realize they really aren't any guides for teenage or young adult autism (minus the many Justin Bieber fan fictions I found. Seriously, what us it with an autistic Bieber, guys?) and that should change. So welcome all to my humble abode- er, book, focusing on autism through the teen and YA years!
