Jeff invites the Stingray crew to spend their vacation on Tracy Island, but trouble is not too far behind.

The Mysterons cleverly engineer the death of a number of Titan's Aquaphibians. Through a nearby fish mining base, the company are manipulated by the Martian forces to destroy a Terror Fish carrying a number of Titan's people. Once Captain Black forms a deadly relationship with Titan, both ensure that they will seek out their main objectives in securing vengeance against mankind - the mining base is the next target on the list... Under the supervision of the World Aquanaut Security Patrol, Marineville has observed that this mining base has had its structure unnaturally altered. With Cloudbase already aware that the Mysterons attempt to strike their deadliest blow yet, and swear to finally destroy Captain Scarlet once and for all, Spectrum are called in to assist Marineville. More mysterious goings-on occur when the body of the head of the fishing company is found in his office, with another of the same person alive and well on the base... The stakes have never been higher for Spectrum or the WASPs. Titan brings forward the invasion of his army of Mysteronised Aquaphibians to attack and destroy all human life forms on the land. Monsters rise from the seas and wipe out terranean beings. Toxic fish are being rotted across the seas of the world, releasing deadly toxins into the atmosphere. Poisoned supplies wipe out hoards of people. With all forms of Spectrum and WASP grounds mobilised, Captain Scarlet is about to meet his final demise... A short story about ocean pollution (specifically soft plastic like packets) from the perspective of a young stingray.

Tidefire didn't listen to his Clanmates when they warned him not to go fishing.

The Arctica Base, managed under the supervision of Dr. Moxax, is well underway of drilling of finding large quantities of the rare mineral Cahelium. This metal is a highly sought after property and has been used in the completion of the various Thunderbird crafts, WASP vessels, and among Titan's Terror Fish army. So far so normal, Brains will be sent to explore the drilling project along with Lady Penelope and Parker, helping to boost publicity for the project... Meanwhile, Gordon can take this as an opportunity to revisit some old friends from Marineville, and a big celebration takes place among some International Rescue members along with the WASPs, and Moxax. Once the dear friends of International Rescue and Marineville are left to the mercy of Titan who is aware of the compound and the possibilities it could bring to his dreams of conquest, a serious attack is about to commence. After completing routine investigations, a mysterious new island suddenly appears and appears to be almost identical to the previously destroyed island - this has become a major cause for concern for the World Aquanaut Security Patrol. With Stingray dispatched to carry out further search, Captain Troy Tempest, Lieutenant Phones, and Marina act with discretion to uncover who is able to control land and sea together. Once aboard the reconstructed island, Troy Tempest and his colleagues uncover who is behind the sinister plot not only to ressurrect the obliterated island, but the means to an end that threatens the seven seas of the world. The island has been reconstructed to become a lethal war machine that will obliterate all that comes in its way. It is up to Stingray to save the world once again...
