It rose from the water it can breathe green or blue flames that no fire dragon or god slayer can eat it had a screech that filled the kingdom with terror natsu and every dragon and God slayer in all of the wizard guilds have to work together to defeat it. It is over 300 ft high and has super sharp teeth. They call it...... the reaper *roar*.
