Honeymoons for werewolves aren't easy. You've got to worry about the changes, about food, about privacy, about the extensive damage bills caused during rough 'cuddles'... not to mention the kids. And on top of that, there's rumours about a disease spreading through all bitten werewolves? And Nick, Anne's mate, thinks he's twenty years younger again? Things were never simple with Nick. Now they're going to go to a whole new level of complicated. Nick, an American, and Anne, an Australian, have had a crazy three years. Met in New York, fell in love, Anne was kidnapped, assulted for ten months, and escaped. Somehow managed to keep pregnant between attacks, marriage, and hunting the bastard down that hurt her. On top of that, she had to come to terms with being a werewolf, and that it wasn't as fluffy, easy or sweet as some movies liked to make out. It was a pretty steep learning curve. Nick, her husband, has been making it easier. He isn't a high ranking werewolf, he isn't ever going to become an Alpha, and he is sometimes pretty clueless about things. She is more than happy with that. So they delayed their honeymoon for some pretty good reasons. But two years of 'hidden' groping and attempts at some private time while the toddlers are set onto unsuspecting family has gotten everyone more or less sick of it. So two weeks away should be fun. Right?

Periwinke Den. Introduction. Periwinkle Den is situated in the heart of Dunnottar Woods, roughly 1 mile from the Market Square in Stonehaven. A walk through the paths of Dunnottar Woods is a rewarding experience in itself. The recently re-decorated shell hoose is here, reflecting its beauty into the small pool at its front door. Situated just above the shell hoose is Dunnottar Gardens, surrounded by a huge old red brick wall, still standing as proud as the day it was built. A ponder through the gardens is well worth it, where you will meet Mr. Jolly tending to his much loved plants. Across the road from here you will find yourself on another path. After a few hundred yards, to the right of you is Gallows Hill, another famous Stonehaven landmark. Here I would recommend a sit on the bench at the foot of The Hill to soak up the sheer beauty of the place. If you are feeling energetic enough, you can climb the path to the top of Gallows Hill and find the Ice House and imagine how a wealthy Victorian family lived. Continuing along the path at the side of the burn you will find yourself in the enchanted Periwinkle Den itself. Yes it’s really here! Clumps of daffodils swing before your eyes, birds sing from the branches of every tree. The pool of Dreams is here waiting for you to unfold, and in return reward you with the gift of nature, the tree is here that holds up the sky, as is The Queen of Trees herself. Welcome then to Periwinkle Den the home of The Jigsaws.

Winnie has been with Nicky for a good two years now and they finally have to visit his pack. You see, the alpha Jeremy has called him back for a hunt for a new mutt who seems way worse then those before. This time he intends on taking her, not trusting her to be alone, now that they have been together for a while.
