If you liked Yanxi Palace, here's a narrative of the entire drama in English, as accurate to the events as seen in the show as possible :) disclaimer: the plot and characters are not mine, however the English narration of the events and arrangement of the scenes appropriate to a book format are. I also personally translate the dialogue through the use of my brain and some informed used of google translate lol while checking their accuracy against the fan-made english subtitles

REBOUND

When Aaliyah begins university in bustling Cairo, she expects long lectures, endless exams, and late-night study sessions with her best friend Mariam. What she doesn't expect is Yusuf, the tall, composed, annoyingly perfect student who seems to think the sun rises for his grades alone. To Aaliyah, he's arrogant, too serious, and far too smug for his own good. But campus has its way of throwing them together, library deadlines, group projects, awkward run-ins, and even her father's keen eye at the masjid. Between witty banter, clashing egos, and moments neither of them can deny, Aaliyah learns that sometimes the people you least expect are the ones Allah places in your path for a reason. A halal love-hate story filled with comedy, tension, faith, and heart.
