When college Butters comes home for winter break, he gets a big surprise! A new baby sister! Problem is, he's clueless on how to take care of her! Worst of all, his parents are going on 'vacation!' Can Butters and his friends take care of little Abagail Stotch, or will she become another 'Butters'?
