University student Tweek Tweak's life is a total mess. A hectic, uncoordinated mess. At twenty-one, Tweek is an aspiring music therapist who has unstable sleeping patterns and an even more unstable bank account. Life seems at a standstill until he meets fellow university student Craig Tucker, a man who Tweek believes might be his saving grace. Noticing he's in trouble he rushes over and soon realizes Stan has a problem and he needs help. Kyle has the urge to protect him, and realizes he wants to be more than just friends. Leopold "Butters" Stotch has a really tough time dealing with his not so nice parents. He wonders if he should tell his best friend. He soon feels something different about Kenny and doesn't know what they mean. What should he do; ask Kenny for help, tell him about his feelings, or just ignore him? Eric Cartman has had feelings for Butters since the fifth grade, he treats him poorly and understands Butters sees Kenny in a different light, but he can't help himself when this makes him feel... angry. What is he going to do?

The Stotch family adopts a little girl named Jelly and Butters is left with the responsibility as a big brother. He is very nervous about the experience, but luckily for him, his new sister seems to love him very much and protects him just as much as he's supposed to. Will Butters be able to be a good big brother for his parents' expectations?
