Twin girls, 12 year olds Reygan and River Johnson are living in Main Street Orphanage that is run by Alexander Arang. How these two unassuming young ladies ended up there is, well, quite an interesting story... They were moved there at the age of 7, but they were not orphaned; Dominika Shores, the mother of the duo, was placed in jail for 14 years after committing crimes; Andy Johnson, father, left for Afghanistan and no one has heard from him. But now, they decide they've had enough, and agree to make a run for it. After only days of planning, they leave on a crisp October evening. A day before the great escape, they meet the Imperial family, the Romanovs when they're all out shopping. This exchange doesn't give them a home- yet. A few days pass- they meet again. The Tsar's daughters, Grand Duchesses Maria and Anastasia prove to be more promising, and quickly take them in to their family, who immediately decide to treat them as their own. But through all the trials and tribulations they have suffered, Reygan and River always kept close to each other, and now have the Romanov family to stay loyal to. A few years later, though, in 2018, their loyalties will be put to the test. In these dark ages in Russia, who can they trust and remain loyal to? Please vote and comment telling me how I can improve my writing! ~Author's note: this story takes place in modern times, and I am fully aware that the ages of the Romanov family are not correct, and for that purpose I'll make a story about the actual Romanovs. I had to do this for story purposes~

A humorous memoir of Soviet-era apartments, boiled cod breakfasts, and a match-making massage that changed everything.

A desperate struggle to stop Bane before his murderous plan succeeded led Batman and Joker on a trip round Europe, working together to save their own lives. Once Bane was defeated Batman wanted nothing more than to go straight back to Gotham but Joker didn't want the trip to end. So with a few sweet little lies the clown prince of crime convinces his greatest enemy to accompany him as they continue their tour of Europe. St Petersburg, Amsterdam, Barcelona and finally ending up in London. Batman assumes it's a sinister trap but for Joker it's something entirely different. A Batjokes fan fiction alternative ending and continuation of the comic Batman Europa. (I suggest you at least read a summary of the original comics storyline before you read this, the main events in this fic don't have anything to do with it but there are some references to events in the comic.) IMPORTANT! This story is written in first person from two view points. Batman's point of view will be in bold font and Joker's will be in italic. No sex or rude stuff in this story. That being said this story is NOT recommend it for under 12s. All art belongs to author, please do not share or post without this link. https://www.pinterest.co.uk/mordredLjones/art-by-mordred-llewelyn-jones/ Please note: I have never been to any of the places mentioned in this story and although I have put in months of research there may be some inaccuracies, either accidental or due to artistic licence. I have never written a comicverse fanfic before so it might be rather out of character. (O.O.C)
