After the death of his mother, a boy named Dio Brando, whose Quirk has recently manifested, is adopted into the Quirkless Joestar family. While not trusting them at first, he will eventually be forced to team up with his brother Jonathan to protect everyone from vampires, marking the beginning for a very bizarre adventure.

Erina Pendleton hated her life as a poor doctor's daughter. When she meets Jonathan Joestar she befriends him with the intent of using him to get her hands on the Joestar family fortune. Everything is working out perfectly; until she meets Dio Brando. After moving in with the Joestars, Dio realises that he doesn't want to hurt such kind, honest people. Paiyo Kusha, the daughter Kaga Kusha and Evelyn Dèvil, is attending the Astera Academy with her friends, when the academy is attacked by Straizo and his zombies. Once the principle begs for the attack to stop, Straizo makes a deal. The attacks will stop, but for a price. A bride. Paiyo, not wanting her friends to have to "belong" to the vampire. She believes that she will absolutely hate the vampire's company, but finds something very different....
