Based after the events of Avengers 4. After Doctor Stephen Strange first made contact with Tony Stark, something about him changed. Slowly he realised he was falling madly in love with the engineer and had to hide it as best he could. He couldn't tell him as Tony's wife divorced him shortly after the heroes arrived back from their horrifying journey. Everything for Tony was going downhill, and Stephen had to fix it.

Stephen is running late to a gala that he's required to attend. With an electric razor that died while he was in attendance at Kamar-Taj, his options for grooming tools are few and far between. Thankfully, Tony has a suggestion that solves Stephen's current dilemma. --even though it puts a knife to his throat.

[Hanahaki Disease] Tony Stark did not exactly know when it all started. Maybe, something sprang the moment he saw Stephen again and alive by his side in the chaos of the battlefield, or maybe even before, the second he believed that it had been indeed the Sorcerer who slapped his ass, back then in the Sanctum. It was also possible that the thing for Strange happened much later, the day Tony finally decided to go and meet him.

Everyone is born with a square on their wrist, called a soul mark. The first time you hear your soulmate say your name, the square is filled with their favorite color. 16 year old Stephen Strange is not very interested in finding his soulmate. But that changes after his soul mark is filled with someone's favorite color. Though, Stephen doesn't know who the color belongs to. At the same time the Strange family takes in 16 year old Tony Stark, a kid who's parents were brutally murdered in a car crash. He always thought his soulmate was going to save him, be his hero.
