I was playing a videogame, minding my own business. I kid you not, I was switching figures when I heard a speedy knock. Faster than the average human being knocks. All rights go to CW for the show that inspired this fanfiction. I, in no way, intend to infringe on the rights of the show, its cast, its crew, or its team. After the king was banished and his sister Venia took the throne, the kingdom became more corrupt with Dràgad Riders, and Hèthians raiding towns burning them to nothing. As the people watched the kingdom fall into an age of darkness, three light's shone amongst the great tribulation. Many didn't know about the king's three children, Herin, Estella, and Reana. All The three were put into hiding after Queen Trinian's death, in fear that Venia would kill them like their mother. Now the three have to come together to save the kingdom, this is the first sister's story, Herin

In a world of birds, birds of all shapes and sizes, an African grey parrot named Streak was raised on the very real stories of the stone birds. They say that stone birds get tested for stone potential at a very early age. Some even get tested as eggs. But Streak can't know what is real and what is fantasy, as only birds of high status can be tested. None in her little town of Pitchwood has even considered it a possibility. In fact, none really thought much of the stone birds at all, since none really saw them, and for Streak they were the least of her worries. All African grey parrots have red tails, but streak was named for the streak of red wing-tip feathers she possesses. Her classmates tease her relentlessly for it. On top of that, her mother had to raise her alone since her father disappeared when she was an egg. The only thing going for her seems to be her speed and agility. But everything changes for Streak one day when her and her mother find themselves right in the middle of a shadow-bird attack. Streak is in awe as the stone birds come to the rescue, but what will happen when Streak and her mother are called to the palace to witness for the battle's biggest tragedy? A crazy adventure for Streak, that's what.

"You will not do this again." Batman said. Aqualad turned to look at the others and they all took the same stand. "Sorry, but we will." Aqualad said. "Aqualad, stand down." Aquaman said. "Apologies my king, but no." Aqualad said. Aquaman looked surprised. "We stopped a fire, investigated a lab Bats had suspicion on..."The Streak paused. "You don't mind me calling you bats right?" She asked. He looked at her sternly and she didn't care. "Saved the city from being destroyed, save the world from future destruction by their armies and saved..." She looked at superboy. "Superboy from a horrible fate." She said. "And we did it discreetly." She said. Batman raised his eyebrows as he looked around at the ruins. "Sort of." She completed. "Point is..." Aqualad said coming to her rescue. "We did good work, work you trained us to do. Together. On our own, we forged something powerful, important." Aqualad said. "Batman we are ready to use what you taught us, or why teach us at all?" Robin asked. They all turned to look at their mentors. "We'll be our own team, saving the world just like you do, helping the world just like you do. We'll be the budding..." Streak paused. "Young Justice, if you will." She grinned. "Dude, did you..." KF began as he looked at Streak. "Yeah, just came up with it." Streak grinned at him. "It's cool." KF said. "Yeah?" She asked and Batman cleared his throat and they looked at him and fell silent. And that's how it all began... So yeah, Streak from my previous book teams up with Aqualad, Kid Flash and Robin and they form a team separate from the Justice League to help people. This story is about the team, their missions and how they become more than just a team. P.S. All the characters are from DC comics, except for Streak and Tempest (that bit is mine) This is basically the comic book version. The chapters are based on DC Young Justice episodes... except a few I added:- Chapter 8 P.P.S There's a 2nd and 3rd book coming up so stay tuned...
