What do you do when the world is quiet but your mind won't shut up? 3:04 A.M. is a haunting, intimate collection of fragmented thoughts, whispered confessions, and emotional snapshots scribbled in the dark. Equal parts journal, poetry, and stream-of-consciousness therapy, this book captures the sleepless moments where memories hit hardest, regrets echo loudest, and truths are too raw to say aloud. With the vulnerable honesty of a midnight voicemail and the strange comfort of a stranger's open diary, these unsent messages explore love, loss, nostalgia, and the beautiful chaos of being awake when everyone else is dreaming. This is not a book you read - it's one you feel. This is especially made for anyone who has ever stared at the ceiling and thought, "I shouldn't be feeling this much right now."

Fra is shaped by self-awareness, trauma, contradicting thoughts and feelings, and by being a failed nihilist all at once. He sees the world with unforgiving clarity and retells his experiences with a disgustingly honest, almost too-confessional voice; shameful thoughts, taboo urges, the parts that make us "bad" friends, and the desires we can't shake off. Therapy was supposed to fix him, yet all it ever did was make him more painfully aware of everything wrong. He knew the causes, the patterns, the diagnoses-none of it helped. He walked into every session already knowing the answers and walked out with nothing to do with them. A mind that understands itself too well and still can't heal is its own kind of hell. Despite wanting to be numb, he isn't numb enough to stop caring-yet not hopeful enough to start living the way he, or society, insists he should. Knowing exactly what's wrong yet having no idea what to do with that knowledge is only one of the many tortures his emotional intelligence has handed him. [This story is a 1st person view based one, Fra and the author are not the same person characters Like Ivan or other ones may be based on real experiences but aren't real people and made up]

"Mother says I'm a special baby. I was born in the Chinese year of the Snake and the zodiac month of Scorpio. What do they both have in common? They're the deadliest animals of both the zodiac and horoscope family. I was born to kill. My mother helped me realize that, the night she entrusted me with a very important task. She wanted something that the millions-worth of jewelry worn around her neck could not buy. She wanted a life. Mother wanted me to kill." Author's note: I'm actually really proud of this! I wrote this story as a history project during Sophomore Year and I got really really into it. I loved writing scary and dark things that make people uncomfortable. I left this as the version I wrote when I turned my essay in, so it may have some small grammatical errors. Overall though, I am still very proud of it; I was definitely really into it, and I'm definitely totally 100% not even being narcissistic! :)

Here I sit playing Solitaire. Welcome to an ongoing collection of my life and perspective. People say I write poetry, but I much prefer the, "stream-of-consciousness." view that was given to Virginia Woolf's literary works. In this collection you will find me at my middle years of life, often reflecting on myself or observing those around me and then reflecting on how it affects me. I hope you find yourself able to enjoy a look into my journey thus far.

If only I could. --- Content warnings: mentions of sh, depression, and alcohol. Suitable for a 15+ audience. Nothing graphic. No cursing. Kind of like a stream-of-consciousness story covering spiraling mental health. Meant to be a close read where the message is not obvious but rather hidden underneath. --- If you are reading this story on any other platform other than Wattpad you are very likely to be at risk of a malware attack and reading a plagiarized copy of my work. This is the story about Brenda and I. It's about the days I think we are the best of friends and the times I want to lock her in the basement and forget all about her. I have decided to publish my diary here to see if you can tell me if we are actually friends or not. I think we are, or at least were at some point. It's just that sometimes life gets so confusing I am not sure of anything, especially not friendships. So please let me know. Any feedback most appreciated! Karin

Upon his return to London, Colin begins to see Penelope in a new light, drawn to her in ways he never expected. As their paths cross more frequently, Colin realizes that the woman who has been right in front of him all these years might be the one person who truly understands him.
