Samantha Anderson is a veteran bike racer in her hometown of Midland. Her career has reached it's peak. Her family and friends support her entirely. Then, one day, Sam's life changes when she receives a phone call from a young boy named Terry Yuen, one of the most notorious gang leaders in the nearby city of Cumberland. Terry's gang is anything but stereotypical. He leads a devastating gang of illegal racers who have taken Sam's friends and family hostage. The stakes have never been higher for Sam, and her bike isn't the only thing riding on her victory.
