When sixteen-year-old Malik Carter becomes captivated by the fast life surrounding him, he believes he's finally found a shortcut to success. A story about a 18 year old boy named Ryuki Tachibana who ran away from home by the help of his female friend Mayumi Hoshino and had a hard life in Tokyo until he met a street racer named Takeshi Honada who taught him how to drive and the basics of Touge racing and Ryuki continues his new life as a street racer nicknamed the Black Comet of Gunma and with new challenges and meeting new people.
