My parents always told me to be optimistic no matter what. Even if the worst thing that could ever happen to me, did, they wanted me to stay positive. One of their favorite quotes to share with me when we had our daily talk was,"Find the sunshine hiding behind the dark clouds on a rainy day. Because that sunshine, well, that sunshine will save you." Which is why they named me Sunshine. Yep, my name is Sunshine Faith Lightwood. Everything about my name pretty much screams,"happiness, optimism, faith, and hope." Though one day, I decided to change my name. I am eighteen after all. And do you wanna know why I would change a beautiful name like Sunshine Faith Lightwood to a depressing name like Storm Ashes Blackthorn? Well, one day the worst thing that could ever happen to me, happened; my parents died because some stupid drunk driver decided to drive right into their car, killing them almost instantly. And I've been trying as hard as I can but I think my depression has gone too far for me to ever be able to find the sunshine again.
