This is a crossover between Cobra Kai & Mako Mermaids as this is set shortly after season 3 of Cobra Kai & 6 years after Mako Mermaids Season 3. Daniel & Johnny take their students to Australia & then to Okinawa for some training. During their trip to Australia Daniel & the Miyagi-Dos accidentally find the moon pool on Mako Island & become merfolk, & meet the Mako Pod. However they are followed to Australia by John Kresse & his Cobra Kais.
