Pertemuan pertama mereka yang penuh kesalahpahaman-di mana Arjuna memuji Anindita dengan kata-kata yang justru dianggap sebagai hinaan-mengawali hubungan penuh konflik dan ketegangan. Anindita, yang menyimpan trauma mendalam akibat perselingkuhan ayahnya dan kematian tragis ibunya, melampiaskan rasa sakitnya dengan sikap keras kepala dan perilaku tak terduga.
