This is my first Strummer Fanfiction. It's based on real events but of course, some parts are totally fictive. English is not my mother tongue, so if there are mistakes please, forgive me. Thank you all. PS: feel free to comment anything you want for me to change something or to give me some ideas.

Hi folks! this story is just a fanfic story and what I am going to write is not base on what happen to their real life. This could be my first ever wattpad story and for everyone to know English is not my first language so sorry when my grammars an not really good. John has just recently passed away. Meryl is still grieving but then someone came in her life and showed her how to move on. Don Gummer is just recently out if a divorce but meeting his friend's sister gave him a reason to believe that not all women are the same. He has to go away a few months on business but to keep contact, these two write each other letters. Soon something happens and there are big changes in both's lives.

I decided to take up this story I wrote years ago, adding more little stories about Meryl and Don. I hope you enjoy it!

Don had been very patient. He'd been nothing but patient towards his wife of more than three decades. But lately, his patience was running thin. Meryl had been snapping at him at every opportunity the woman had. He didn't understand if it was a menopausal thing, the lack or maybe excess of a hormone, or what.

The creation of mankind has been a topic for debate since our creation. What are we? Where did we come from? The answer has been lying underneath their feet for millennia, hidden. When a privately funded submarine mission into the Marianas Trench goes terribly wrong, it is then that an ancient secret has been unlocked, but at a terrible price. Erupting from the water off the coast of Spain, a monolithic doomsday device is primed and its countdown commences.
