Don Gummer is just recently out if a divorce but meeting his friend's sister gave him a reason to believe that not all women are the same. He has to go away a few months on business but to keep contact, these two write each other letters. Soon something happens and there are big changes in both's lives.

It's Valentine's Day and with Jane's 'dream' kitchen finally finished, her three friends are convinced she needs someone to share it with. Jake turns up at the right place at the right time claiming he just wants to keep her company. But are Jake's reasons all that innocent?

Just a fanfiction of what it would've been if Meryl and Don had gotten divorced but fell inlove again anyway. taking this more to mordern and into today. Christmas is coming soon. Will Meryl spend it alone or will the whole family reunite?
