Even if it was small crimes, they were happening with more frequency, because Suguru knew pretty well the strongest sorcerer of the modern age, Satoru Gojo, wouldn't do anything to stop him due their past together. Knowing about this, the higher ups decided to act and do something by their own hands. That's how Kenshi Gojo was born, a experiment created by the higher ups using both cells of Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo, with the goal of replicate the Six Eyes technique and Suguru's cursed technique in the same being, and also to be controlled easily by them. But something went wrong. Kenshi only was borned with a weaker infinity technique and Geto's cursed technique, meaning he didn't inherited the Six Eyes.
