There are some jokes in the beginning, like "ah no dude I'm not gay haha that's gay" but they are in jest and not taken seriously by the characters. There are also a few examples of real life homophobia and transphobia that the characters face and the main character, Nick, sometimes has anxious thoughts. Hate of any kind is not tolerated in the comments. Criticism is of course, allowed! What type of satire writer would I be if I blindly ignored anything problematic in my work. It wouldn't be satire anymore, it would just be ignorant. Oh by the way, I'm not really writing to have a "serious plot" or anything, I'm just writing for shits and giggles, because I enjoy writing.
