" Well, I was in 5th grade, and there were ten of us.
We had these little thin books, nine tales each about 6 pages. The teacher was this remarkably unremarkable lady with burnt red hair. I can't remember if it was dyed. She had thin lips and a face both bony and chubby.
She had a gentle voice though, deep and meaningful-of what we were never sure, but it had something to it.
I was ten and she was ageless.
It's weird how I'd forget her, a day or two after we'd have spoken to each other.
I can't remember her name.
I can't remember at all. "
Go on.
