Hi, I am Sophie, and I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up in foster care. I never knew my real parents, and I have always come up with random stories about them to anyone who asked. I am 17 years old, I have blonde hair, and brown eyes with gold flecks. No one really pays attention to me, the strange kid with a strange history. I always shrug it off, play it cool, but it hurts. This is my story. ~~~~~~~~ This story is almost completely UNEDITED!!! This is the original version that I made back when i was 12-13 ish and most of it is horrible BUT luckily I'm rewriting/editing it and it can be found under the same name with a different cover on my page. I really like the cover on this one tho Anywho, this story is actually still ongoing, I've never finished it since I got drawn to several other stories so I'll probably mark it as complete as soon as all the unedited chapters I have written are published and then y'all can jump to the edited version and finish the story if y'all want 🤷🏼‍♀️

You venture out for what seems hours, unable to see anything but the dim things only two feet away from you, illuminated by your phone's gaze, until you come across a small bridge illuminated by the pale moonlight. streching over a small creak, you decide to rest there for the night and go back to the cottage in the morning. You see a pale, long dark haired, eleven foot tall, hunchbacked, creature looking right in your eyes, you want to run home, but you find yourself frozen in place, unable to blink "Long way from home aren't we little one?" It said in a deep, raspy, and intimidating voice. "What are you?!" You ask in a frightened voice. "I am an Umak, or "bridge troll" in your language."
