A short love story. This is still in editing stages but any feedback would be great! This is slightly sad fyi but a good sad haha. I wrote this listening to this playlist whilst freezing in my room since the heating is out, it took me from 1am to 5:30am BUT! I haven't been able to write anything for almost three months now? so writers block be gone! I'm proud of this, its a lot of little ideas coming together which is fun, it also has potential for a little backstory so maybe an even longer one? idk we'll see. Of course Alina loved her husband. Mal was her best friend, her partner in crime, the love of her life. After all, she had given up so much of herself so he could live, so they could be married. But as their third winter at the newly-built Keramzin approaches, the life Alina left behind begins to weigh on her. - This story takes place about three years after the war ended, when Alina and Mal are running the Keramzin orphanage. Personally, I don't think it's too heavily anti-Mal, but this is definitely a fic for Nikolina shippers.
